Mr. Mitesh working as an advocate in Madras High Court, has been passionately practicing in Intellectual Property law, Mediation, Arbitration, conciliation, negotiation and related litigation. He is currently associated with SV&R Partners as an Associate/Advocate. He has actively participated and won various national and International Moot Court competitions and Med Arb competitions; been accredited by KFCRI as Associate at Arbitration Practice (AAP) and continues to be a Operation committee member of the institution; excelled as the Vice-Chairman of Chennai Chapter, NILS (Network of International Law students) and as an ex-CDR leader of PACT (Peacekeeping and Conflict Resolution Team); co-founded “JUS MOMENTUM”, an organization for providing key aspects of training and connecting students and professionals and creating a strong legal fraternity. He served as the Joint secretary and the Additional secretary of Moot Court Association at SOEL and also the Under Secretary General of the Organizing Committee of Model United Nations at SOEL.
