Mr.M. BhimRaj

Mr. Bhimraj M, an LL.M holder from South Asian University (established by SAARC Nations). He is also a JRF (Junior Research Fellowship) holder. Having worked as an Associate Coordinator in Human Rights Advocacy and Research Foundation for a project on ‘Monitoring the Implementation of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 in Tamil Nadu’ funded by Commonwealth Foundation, London, he has now been selected for Indian Equality Law Visiting Fellowship Programme, 2020 at Melbourne Law School, Australia. His recent publications include “caste-based discrimination and international law” in International Journal on Minority and Group Rights (Brill | Nijhoff publications). His areas of interest are Human Rights law and Environmental Laws.
